Alenka founded LUX Life in 2023. She is a professional snowboarder, base jumper and climber working toward her mountain guide certification. She built LUX Life around one belief · that women deserve a week in the mountains that is both rugged and genuinely comfortable.

Eliza
Snow Host · Hokkaido
Our local connection in Japan. Eliza knows where the good snow is, when to push toward a gate for sidecountry access, and when to call it and head back for an onsen. She is your Snow Host on every ski day across Niseko, Rusutsu and Kiroro, guiding the group to the best spots so no one wastes a powder day guessing.

IFMGA Mountain Guide · Mexico & Patagonia
An IFMGA-certified mountain guide based in Squamish and Whistler, Klemen has spent years guiding backcountry tours, rock climbing and heli skiing across the Sea to Sky and beyond · with a focus on Europe, Patagonia and the Himalayas. He brings the certified depth LUX Life weeks are built on, threading the climbing and surf week in Mexico and the ski-touring weeks in Patagonia while keeping routes, permits, safety and logistics running smoothly behind the scenes.
Every guide is certified. Every trip is led by a woman.
All LUX Life guides hold current wilderness first responder certifications, and our ski guides carry IFMGA or ACMG credentials. We never subcontract your week to strangers. Our trips are led by women, and we sometimes work with male mountain guides.
